Yes, all our items are handcrafted by skilled artisans who bring years of experience and precision to each piece. This attention to detail and dedication makes each product unique and rich in character.
3. Do you offer gift wrapping?
We understand the importance of a beautiful presentation, especially for gifts. Our Default Packaging has been designed with gift wrapping in mind and is suitable for all occasions, personal, social, or business.
4. How do I care for my Joyce product?
To maintain the beauty and quality of your product, we recommend dusting it regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Do Not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, especially on surfaces with Mother of Pearl or marble inlays. If you need specific care instructions, feel free to reach out to us.
5. Can I customize a product?
Currently, our customization offers are limited. However, we are more than happy to discuss with our customers the occasions and the most suitable product to match. Our selection features a variety of styles and designs crafted to suit different tastes and occasions. 6. What is your return policy?
